OUR Program

  • Handpicked and Trusted Volunteers: Our volunteers undergo a screening process to ensure a safe and supportive environment for our students. Apply to become a volunteer!

  • Supported Long Runs: Our program includes supervised long runs led by experienced coaches, providing a safe and encouraging space for students to challenge themselves and reach their untapped potential.

  • Weekly Newsletter: We facilitate a weekly newsletter focused on personal development, goal-setting, mental well-being, and training tips. This newsletter provides students with a platform to reflect on their experiences, share insights with peers and mentors, and gain valuable knowledge and ideas to improve their lives.

  • Training Plans from Certified Coaches: Our program utilizes comprehensive training plans designed by certified coaches to meet the unique needs of high school students, enabling them to progressively build endurance, enhance running technique, and improve overall performance.

  • Financial Accessibility: We offer a scholarship-based model, making the program accessible to students regardless of their financial circumstances. While it's free for those in need, we encourage those who can afford it to contribute and pay their own entry fees, promoting inclusivity and ensuring program sustainability.
